By Robert James Karpie

We're here today, gone tomorrow, time shall Surpass.
For our Life runs out just as sand through an hour-glass.
But an hour-glass is restarted when turned about.
Are we Reborn or finished when Life runs out?
Ironically, Life, Life is a Mystery.
Just as throughout History.
Was it Adam and Eve or Evolution?
We're still not sure of the Solution?
And, what about our next Destination?
Perhaps Reincarnation into a Future Generation!
Or is Life itself, the Only Situation;
With Death ahead --- as our Final Destination?
Has Death no Being, just the End, Limbo?
Or is Death a Prism through which we Flow ---
To Heaven or hell, either Over or under the Rainbow?
Unfortunately, Death, Death is a Mystery.
But perhaps it'll be History.
For if and when we Encounter this Light.
It'll be as Clear as Day or Night!
