![]() September 11th 2001 Armageddon - Ground Zero I saw Manhattan fall today, Her skyline crumble in rubble and dust. Disbelief and horror, like none seen before, Was this Armageddon? Twin Towers of the civilized world Reduced to Ground Zero. Death and destruction in minutes, Happening before our eyes. Landmarks we all knew Like old familiar aquaintances. New York, struck in the heart, Making the world weep. Nothing left but a grotesque skeleton, Three images against the sky Like the three crosses at Calvary. Let us pray beneath them.
