Flames' Passion

A fire burns
beautiful to behold
it can thaw the ice
and bring warmth to cold.

I can feel it inside of me
burning white hot
searing through my veins
to dangerous to stop

Like the way that flames flicker
so does the lust in my eyes
it mirrors the passion I that I feel
to tantalizing to disguise

During the day the fire is dormant, calm
simply smoldering safely there
till I catch a glimpse of you
and my body is made painfully aware

the flames do wildly burn
as they are stoked higher
my emotions burn brightly
as does my desire

This fire consumes me
and burns in my soul
I shiver with anticipation
and lose the last of control

slowly shedding my clothes
as the heat inside makes me blind
I step into the fire
and claim you as mine

Forged by fire.
two halves made whole
bound by their hearts
complete as one soul
