Today I counted my blessings
And you were there -
Giving me strength and courage
To go on.
Thank you for being
A part of my life,
For walking with me,
Listening to my ramblings -
And for taking the time
To care.
You told me
In so many ways
That life is good,
You've wept with me
When my heart was broken
And needed
Your shoulder to cry on.
