Lay With Me
A poem about eternity and togetherness
Rated:

Avg Rating: (8)
Carry me
Like babies deep in their mother's womb
Cry with me
in a voice that is full and loud
Bury me
Like Tutenkamen from his royal tomb
Fly with me
High above the immortal clouds
Walk with me
Until the moon and sun fall from the sky
Play with me
With birds that swim and fish that fly
Talk with me
In the tongues of angels in glorius light
Lay with me
In comforting sleep that lasts the night
