We Are
---------------------------------------------------------------
Eyes glistening to their brim with deep hues of
sand
sparkling like the crystal beach they border
Hair like silken strands of night and fire
Lips, crimson crescent moons set against
each other, softly closed in slumber
Skin, velvet to touch, honey to my waiting lips,
begging caresses
Greater lies beneath the surface, bridled
dreams rising as visions to the future
Should I thank your prerequisites, or the ones
who created them
In the beginning was the end, yet in between,
we are

Contestant
-----------------------------
The moments before
filled with solitude
No hope within
Tears were all I knew
She entered my sight
Shattering the night
Full of such life
Vibrant
My eyes searched hers
grasping through the dark
glistening thoughts she had
then I found her heart
mine leaped, jumbled with fear
carrying on thoughts of bringing her near
closer to me she must be
my mind, my soul, yearns for thee
take my heart, teach it to love
in seconds she has it, holds it so close
whispers her magic, alluding control
she now has it, not in part but in full

Tell Me
-------------------------------------------------
It's what you asked for, I cannot give
I can't give you more than all
With this I find, that I might not live
Without love, am I bound to fall?
So just,
Tell me to keep what was not yours
Tell me to hold to what I deserve
Tell me to unfold and breath
Tell me to hide so you can't see
What your cold glance has done to me
Tell me to find somebody else
So I can go on, away from this
Tell me to try to get away
I shouldn't have to feel this way
So tell me

---------------------------------------------------------------

NOTE: As you can see, my poetry
doesn't follow conventional standards, but I
don't honestly care. I'm not a poet by nature, I
only write in verse when I have no other
means of expressing what I'm trying to say.
Tell Me is based on an experience with a
different female than what the other two
mention, just so you know.
This is all dedicated to that special girl I'm
writing of, by the way :)
