ROAD TO NOWHERE I'm on the road to nowhere And the music's playing loud The voice of Janis Joplin Is singing to a crowd. The speed is climbing up there But I have no place to go I'm on the road to nowhere Where it takes me I don't know. The race I run is deadly I know I can not win; I've thought a lot about dying But suicide's a sin. I'm on the road to nowhere And not a friend in sight, The tires squeal, the road must end I crash into the night. Broken body, broken dreams, Broken hearts, broken schemes - It will be all right I'm on the way to nowhere And I gave up the fight. Countrymom ** #404390 Not An Image **
