Something's gotta give,
From the world we live, The pain has to end soon Or the war will balloon. Someone must stop The tears of this monsoon. Something's gotta give If people are still gonna believe We must be allowed to live If we can truly see, Why pay for things we didn't do? I know you know but I'm still gonna tell you, Why bother restrain us, If you don't know how to contain us? How can we remain If we can't even stay sane? Why try if we're going to break down And cry anyways? How do you know that we're here to stay That love is forever, That evil=Lucifer That the looking glass will break And darkness shall fall around us Like a spell Who can say? Who can tell? 'They' say it's God, But shouldn't 'I' as well?
