Thank you God for watermelon,
tastes the same be you saint or felon,

Be it seedless or seeded,
it's exactly what I needed,
thank you God for watermelon.

When summer sun is baking down,
cracks fracturing the hot dry ground,

One thing is on my mind....... and no matter what else the universe is selling
Thank you God for watermelon.
