Tranquility
Who is your foundation when earth gives way beneath you? What is your one truth that you find left to cling to? Twin towers will fall and humanity will crumble yet with each passing sunrise through this world we must stumble. I’ve screamed into the canyon awaiting the echo of my anthem a rhythm to dance to a melody for this mayhem. But while I ponder all of life’s possibility it’s in the reflection of your eyes where I find my tranquility. 05/19/02
