One of Ollie's Poems For Sara
Dry Those Tears
(Ollie's Poem For Sara)

As the sun kisses the edge of western land
Walk to me, Sara, and take my hand
Dry those tears too long you've cried
Yes, I know how hard you've tried

As the moon hugs the night's whispering sighs
Dance with me ,Sara, 'neath velvet skies
Dry those tears too long I've cried
Yes, you know how hard I've tried

As the thunder shakes the morning ground
Come to me, Sara, make our own loves' sound
Dry those tears we've too long cried
Yes, God knows how much we've tried

As the lightning strikes and lights the room
Love me now, Sara, our passion blooms
Dry those tears, no more we'll cry
My love, it's time for us to try!

As the rain cools the heat of blistering days
Run with me, Sara, two hearts play
Dry those tears too long we've cried
Nevermore, our hearts to say goodbye.
