WHAT GOD DOES ABOUT IT
Want to know what God does about it when things go wrong?

If you would really like to know
What God does about it, I can show
From my own experience, this is true -
He's given me strength and faith anew.
When death has come and torn apart -
My family lives still in my heart
And I have the feeling that He can
Keep them in His care - that's His plan.
I know that God has looked at me
Seeing a life that's been quite free
And with a shake of his head, He
Bids me listen to His plea.
When you hear the thunder rolling,
When you hear the churchbells tolling,
When you see the butterflies
Dancing in the clear blue skies
When you see the ocean churn
Know that God is voicing His concern.
When you've lost all hope and cheer
Remember He is always near.
He will give you courage to go on
When every hope you had is gone.
He will calm the storms of life,
He will understand your strife.
What does God do about it, you say?
If you open your heart, He will stay
And carry you, if the need is there
With tender, loving, forgiving care.
