Patriotic Birthday

Before you celebrate the 4th of July this year.
We Americans should hold this holiday so dear.
It is the reasons why we have this great nation.
One with freedom and justice for all of creation.

A nation our forefathers gave their lives to defend.
Remember the military our brave men and women.
The elderly and young who need to be protected.
From such enemies who caused the terror of 9/11.

When we gather to celebrate our nation birthday.
Remember our forefathers sacrifices keep us safe.
Some people who would like to stop our way of life.
Try to Spoil our celebration with plots they contrive.

Now is the time for all Americans to stand in hand.
Show the red, white, and blue across our great land.
Let's keep our patriotic beliefs recent and refreshed.
The 4th of July will be the biggest bang and best.
