Bypass
Two clunkers cruising on a one-lane route The first going north & the other going south One window down and out comes the angry bird While the other car's horn is distinctly heard "I was here first! Now move your ass!" Neither wants to yield but both wanna pass One just swears and pulls onto the shoulder With an icy stare but the other glare's colder After much cursing, squeezing by as they must Both cranky clunkers curse the rear-view dust Pedal to the metal with open road in sight One takes a left & the other takes a right Another turn apiece and they pull into a drive Neither driver knows who was first to arrive Two doors slam and out both of them go "That was you back there? Well I didn't know!" One gives a kiss & the other returns the same Now both jalopy drivers are glad they came Two clunkers chilling in a single driveway Window shades drawn & nothing more to say
