Lost Love By Quizmo LaGrande I am tired of always writing About lost love, nothing found, Hoping for a guiding light, Beacon cross from distant sound. Shortcoming to be waiting, Unraveling shredded string. Have I forgotten how to live, Right wrongs, lift head, and sing? Is it time to seek a different path; Shall I try to meet anew? Should I linger with love longer Though cares little what I do? Shall I walk from here to over there, Tread uncharted lands? Of course you should, you silly girl, You’re bound find friendly hands! I adore the ground you walk on, Yet I cannot love in vain, I hoped for clearer, happy roads, Yet long been too insane. ~~*~~
