I look in the mirror, slowly draw my head up
To look at the person I have become I like her, better than I did before But there's a deep emptiness, that troubles me more I've changed, too much to consider And I don't even know who stares back in the mirror I'm trying to see who I am and I'm simply losing She's fighting the battle and nothing is proving You see I left him, against my will I fought for months but lost it still And now this loves dying it's left a hole And to be complete is my current goal People slag you down, and they take me down too Cause I am still utterly in love with you When they make fun it only hurts A second wound, like scalded sunburn
