Gem-colored tea cups, grape jelly edged,
Pudgy hands waving porcelain about.
Not to worry, you laugh, they're all replaceable,
Plenty more from where they came.
I stand now surrounded by
Replaceable porcelain tea cups, gold edged,
silver edged, beautiful.
Except you're not here,
You were irreplaceable.
Smashed pieces beneath my fingertips,
Blood edged.

Fists up to the chest
'Cause it's coming fast
And it's going to hurt,
No, no, no, no ...
Oh it's gone.
Rolling away on the green,
Surrounded and pounded by leathered feet.
A ladybug has landed on my hand.
Shake it off, watch it fly.
