Not To Say ‘I Love You’
By Quizmo LaGrande

Your eyes are never empty;
They team and glow endeared.
As lit a million candles
Each time I hold you near.

They blush with pure enlightened
Passion poised in every blink.
Without lips, a thousand smiles
Yet flutter in their wink.

O flame of searing fortune
Ablaze with kindled sighs,
Not to say ‘I Love you’
Would be empty, wasted lies.
