An HourGlass
What is the World? What is a Life? An Hourglass? Filled with sand grains of time and soul? Slowly falling, emptying? ~ And when the last sand grain falls? What then? Does all time and spirit stop? Do tears dry? And anger cease? And love fade? ~ Will Love be like ripples in a pond? Once zealous and concentrated with emotion? Only to fade out and dissapear? ~ And does space stop also? When time ends? What happens to the Universe? And all its glorious distance? Is it and its stars and moons and glaxies dependent on time too? Controlled by time as well?
