The lover has a burning desire To make your dreams come true, With passion he speaks of love And wonderful plans for two. His passion and his promises Leave a girl's heart burning With desire before she finds He will not be returning. So sad the fickle-minded soul Whose passion makes him lie; The burning desire once filled He turns and says - goodbye.
