Wolf
A moment in the life of an Arctic wolf...

WOLF

Running
Chasing
The cold Arctic wind blows against my face
Finding the young and sickly
Singling out our prey
Attacking the chosen musk-ox
The joy of the hunt
The fun of the chase
The musk-ox is down
Dying
We have food
We can survive
The alpha pair eat
I watch
The other wolves eat
I watch
For I am the lowly omega wolf
Wolf of least importance in the pack
But I have helped to kill our prey
I am a part of the pack
And so I will get my share
