It's that time of season Can you feel the itch? I don't need a reason Senses turn on like a switch Adrenaline is pumping Electricity's in the air My heart's wildly thumping Once game time comes, I'm there Yeah, it's that time of season 'Cause Hockey's back in town And we no longer have a reason For a two month long let-down Feelings of raw passion For the puck we yearn Jerseys are the fashion And who says ice can't burn? The season we cheer for For that season we pray To scream out the word "SCORE!"
