Long abandoned,
In the trees, An old house sits That no one sees. Windows boarded, Glass nearly gone, Doors off hinges, People moved on. And yet at night, If you're wary, You'll see spectres- Hear things scary. The legend's old, And so they say A maiden loved Yet was betrayed. She died one night By light of moon. She killed herself And passed too soon. And on next morn', Legend does boast, Her ma had seen Her daughter's ghost. Her kinfolk left, Oh it was sad. They never knew She wasn't bad. As time went on No one came by. No one to hear Her lonesome cry. And after dusk, At her old home, An eerie light Is said to roam. If you see her, Ain't it creepy How her crying Makes you weepy? ** #506440 Not An Image **
