Only a dream, momentary - Not carried over into the morn; The music still plays in memory, Lyrical, mystic - forlorn. Lifting my glass in toast to you, Amber liquid swirls in delight; A momentary glimpse of Heaven Lyrical, lovely and bright. Too soon comes the morn, I awaken - A beautiful dream lost once more; Momentary, yet strangely lyrical Are the deep amber eyes I adore.
