Terrible Mistake
when someone chooses to drink and drive

In memory of Pat Radebaugh...

One guy chose not to think
and drove after having a drink
he thought that he was all right
and that he could see at night
even though in Driver's Ed. he learned
that you can't see around a turn,
he drove too fast around a curve
the car suddenly began to swerve
he didn't see the approaching car ahead
there was a crash, now two are dead
the driver still has his life
but not the other or his wife
he said he was sorry, but it was too late
he couldn't change the victims' fate
sirens flashed, the medics came
alcohol is the thing to blame
when its time a choice you must make
don't drink and drive, for goodness sake!
