Our Parent's Love

From the time we are conceived as little babies.
Our parent's shower us with their caring and love.
They know they have just been blessed by God.
When they're born in good health they give thanks.

They will raise and cherish us from a new baby.
They sacrifice to give us all they can in our life.
Trying to give us what they did without, as a child.
They'll protect us from all harm in our childhood.

Setting a good example to show us the right way.
There for us when we have doubts, or are afraid.
Being our best friend by giving us more confidence.
Raising us with respect whether we are rich, or poor.

Teaching us material things don't make the person.
Working hard for what we gain in life is what we do
Doing so will teach us to take more responsibility, .
We are the most precious part of our parent's love.

When we are a teen these facts can be overlooked.
They should never be forgotten for long, however.
Yes! we all want to make responsibly decisions..
Our parent's won't always be there to confide in..

We should follow their example in all our decisions.
How we act in life is because of what we are taught.
We must show respect in our selves and all others.
If we are to become a responsible person in our life.
