What can I say...my hands are well protected.

protection from the cold;
protection from the heat.

Hands in pockets,
feeling down and touching lint.
Hands in pockets,
safe from the pain,
safe from the hurt.

Hands in pockets,
sheltered from the changes.
Hands in pockets,
experienced the past;
experience the future.
Live in the present.
