You buy it in two colors and comes in many forms.
It's treasured by sweet ladies who's beauty it adorns.
To some it's worn as a treasure and a sign of wealth.
To others it is a token of their love and is heart felt.


You can give it as a gift to express your affection.
Some will hoard it without given any good reason.
It is hidden under ground for the searcher to find.
It can be found in the mountain streams at times.


A man will often steal and even sometimes kill.
When this treasure casts its spell with a thrill.
The color of the Sun when ever it reflects a glow.
By casting its reflection in eyes of one to behold.


It's wanted and treasured by any man or women.
In a form of jewelry it is usually seen and worn.
Many ladies wear it to adorn their ears and neck.
Married women wear it on their ring finger by heck.


What is this treasure that can express so much.
Precious and expensive very small to the touch.
The ladies wear it to show that they are married.
Their husbands can relax and won't be worried.
