Contentment

Are two birds in the bush better than the one in the hand?
Why are we always wanting to get as much as we can?
We are never happy with what in life we have been given.
Taking most everything for granted in this life we are living.


All of our best things come from hard work and good faith.
God rewards us for what we give and not for what we take.
Don't expect to receive unless you are willing to give too.
Expecting something for nothing is not the way for you.


We all have been guilty of this greed one time or the other.
We must ask God to forgive us for being selfish to others.
We should try to vanish our selfishness and all our greed.
It will bring us many blessings, and fulfill our every need.


So if there is a special goal we want to have and attain.
Let's work to achieve and under God's guidance remain.
With God anything is possible and faith is strong enough.
God sheds grace on His followers who are wanting love.
