This Earthly Love is Heavenly
By Marilyn Mackenzie ![]() I dream of times when you and I will travel ‘round the world. I dream of when we’ll preach of Him with banners bright unfurled. Strong arms embrace me, yours and His, a part of every dream. His love we share with all the world; we three do make a team. ![]() In dreams I feel your arms and His surrounding me with love. Strength I feel in His embrace, peace from our Father above. With you I feel such comfort; strength and love your arms impart. These things I’ve longed for, oh so long; you’ve both captured my heart. ![]() If we do will travel ‘round the world, t’will be at His bequest. We’ll talk of love, of Jesus, how He’ll help the world’s unrest. For now, our pen and paper is the bearer of Good News. For now, we write of God above, then let the readers choose. ![]() Like many more who share our faith, we think the time draws near When God will gather all to Him who hunger and who hear. We’re blessed to have each other, to hug once the day is done, So blessed to have this earthly love, while we wait for the Son. ![]() ![]()
