Buffers Again
I'm stuck in a no-man's land, Not knowing where "okay" ends Or when the things between us start Becoming something more than friends. I'm stuck in a war of confusion, Unable to cherish your face Or to have you as close as before Without intruding on your space. I'm stuck here with a picture, Not your presence to call my own Nor your voice in my receiver - Just static in this buffer zone. Depression, rejection, and apathy Wander my thoughts in an orgy of fun, Celebrating you and laughing that They get your notice, and I get none.
