Never Can Tell
a forbidden one-sided romance

Avg Rating: (4)
Whispering in sacred tongues
Life was never that much fun
well you know, things are untrue
These dreams are always beckoning
Appearances of everything
but you know, they can be deceiving

I never can tell where you're going
Never can tell what you're gonna say
There's no disguise when you tell your lies
But you, never can tell

Lots of visions of loving you
Just a dream. what else is new?
and I know, it's just a mirage
Hallucinations I can't control
I reach for you but I can't take hold
and I know, things aren't as they seem

I never can tell where you're going
Never can tell where your heart will lie
Things look okay when you look my way
But you, never can tell

Nothing matters when you starve the silence
Nothing happens when you feel the pain
Nothing fills you with sadness like when your life goes down the drain

I feel a passion I can't ignore
I'm always wanting something more
So you know, things may be getting clearer
You are someone I can't forget
My love is something I don't regret
But you know, sometimes I am mistaken

I never can tell where you're going
Never can tell when the time is right
You change your mind, making me unwind
But you, never can tell

Nothing matters when you starve the silence
Nothing happens when you feel the pain
Nothing fills you with sadness like when your life goes down the drain

I never can tell where you're going
Never can tell where you're coming from
There's no disguise when you tell your lies
But you, never can tell

Oh you, you never can tell (2x)
