MEMORIES OF LOVE

I remember love, the glowing
Feeling that accompanied romance;
The adventure of a gentle time,
When life was music to which I'd dance!

I cherish every memory,
The mystical smile upon your face,
As you handed me a single rose
Velvet petals, so like lace.

The years go by and still I see
That memories of love will always last;
I cherish every moment
That seemed to go by - much too fast.
