Confidence
Confidence is power, Confidence is pride. It makes you want to stay and fight, instead of run and hide. Brains, beauty, and abilities may be apparent at birth, But talents without confidence have no real worth. When others put you down, don’t feel inferior, Because if confidence is in your heart, you’ll know you’re superior. Confidence is singing, dancing to your favorite song, Not worrying about what others think, or if they think it’s wrong, When all eyes fall on you, as you walk into the school, Don’t turn red, feel embarrassed, and think what did I do? It’s they who have the problem -- they’re envious of you. So every time you’re down and out, thinking that you are a nothing, Believe in yourself and have confidence, and then you’ll know you’re something. Believe in yourself because if you don’t think you’re awesome, Why should anyone else?
