The Goddess and the Prince
short love poem written for a contest

Avg Rating: (21)
Violet starry skies soaring above
enhance the beautiful goddess of love.
Her delicate arms awaiting to embrace
the prince that saved her from the serpent's chase.
Her emerald green eyes and fiery auburn locks made him quiver
to have everlasting love, a mortal life she must deliver.
Placing her soft tiny hands over his beating heart
the golden aura surrounded them, now they could never part.
Floating through the dreamy pastel painted sky above
flies the mortal prince and the goddess of love.
