Dispensed Unevenly

Just going without, makes you crave.
Usually the harshest form puts wrongdoers in their grave.
She is frequently portrayed as being blind.
The poor, the minorities...for them, it’s hard to find.
If delayed, then denied.
Courts and lawyers often render it pathetic.
Ever so often, it will be poetic.
