The city fell today,
Tears were shed today, Children died today, And I just stood there... The walls broke today, The dead man spoke today, Visions faded today, In this wake of fear... Maybe this is life... The truth burned today, Honor has turned today, Still nothing to find today, As I'm left to stare... Maybe this is life, An answer so clear... We took part in peace today, We took part in war today, We took part in hope today, And it seems we don't care... Maybe this is life, The answer so clear. Maybe this is life, And we found it nowhere...
