         Remarkably boring, if you ask my opinion
         Eeany, meanie fishies swimming round and round.
         Can’t think of reasons for wanting them inside
         Taking up the space in their wishy-washy waste,
         And stinking up the room with their dirty little fins.
         Not that I watch them flipping up their tails
         Gyrating giddily in their wet little way.
         Unless ... under that cheesy, plastic little bridge
         Leers father giant of the meanie, miny moes.
         Attacking from behind with his funny set of dentures
         Racing all around, chasing all the others.

         Flutterkicking fishies swimming all about
         In and out the bridge and all around the bowl,
         Sunning little noses in the glass lightbulb sun,
         Hot little fishies, having so much fun.
         Then the greedy tom cat, starts to come a creepin’
         And all the little fishies hear the ringing of his bell.
         No say the fishies, screaming extra loud.
         Knowing little fishies, squirting cat away.
