Dangerous Things, Dangerous Games
Knowing stuff I shouldn't know

And I say.....and I say....

And I say I was a witness.
I swear I did nothing.
I just kicked it in the back of the room.

I did nothing.
That much I know,
but it just goes to show that
they were up to nothing good.

Never would I reveal
their wrongdoings.
And had things been different,
I wouldn't know.

But with the knowledge I have now,
I know I can't turn back.
Their rendezvous' in my mind, leaving me cast aside
to deal with my ever-mounting guilt.

I know they like to partake in the most dangerous things
while running and goin' playin' the most dangerous games.
Hard for me to watch their immorality
and pretend everything is alright.

And I say I was a witness.
I swear I did nothing.
I just kicked it in the back of the room.

I did nothing.
That much I know,
but it just goes to show that
they were up to nothing good.

So, why the fuck was I there?
You ask me a question I don't know.
All I remember is being dropped at the curb
by a person that I thought loved me.

Seeking a refuge from the oncoming backlash,
of my tumultuous emotions,
I sought refuge in that dank little room,
and I got to watch impending doom.

They like to do the most dangerous things
while playing the most dangerous games.
Shit! This will torment me forevermore,
and I will never be alright.

And I say I was a witness.
I swear I did nothing.
I just kicked it in the back of the room.

I did nothing.
That much I know,
but it just goes to show that
they were up to nothing good.

And I say..........

{instrumental solo}

And I say.......
they were up to nothing good.

That couple.....
I found out a lot more than I should....have.

And I say I was a witness.
I swear I did nothing.
I just kicked it in the back of the room.

I did nothing.
That much I know,
but it just goes to show that
they were up to nothing good.

And I say...that they were up to nothing good.
And I say...that they were up to nothing good.

And I say I was a witness.
I swear I did nothing.
I just kicked it in the back of the room.

I did nothing.
That much I know,
but it just goes to show that
they were up to nothing good.
