I heard that Michael Jackson’s child
Blanket needed assistance with homework. Apparently when Blanket was dangled, Blanket lost a participle of brain, the part that would have surely helped Blanket do Blanket’s own homework. Because my dad and I used to listen to “Thriller” Together (which made dad feel cool), I felt I owed it to good old Mike to help Blanket. Blanket knew his alphabet and numbers, of course, Cause A B C; it’s easy as 1 2 3. But Blanket was pretty bad at history. Blanket’s whole grade was failing history. Blanket’s 4th grade class went to Neverland Instead of that field trip to the battlefield. Blanket could ride a mean rollercoaster But Blanket needed help with homework, So Blanket and I looked at Blanket’s history book. I couldn’t help noticing Blanket’s yawning and sighs, And Blanket’s dull, lifeless slump and soft skin. Anyway I showed Blanket how to remember dates By setting them to the tune of his dad’s lullabies, Like “Billie Jean” and “Beat It.” Blanket was tone deaf And Blanket had the personality of a wet blanket!
