When you talk that talk,
you must walk that walk without showing any pain or desire to balk. You look in my direction but have no reaction. I search your eyes, your face, but I find no emotion. You leave me without a good-bye, leaving me only to wonder why. Still, I musn't think 'bout it for too long for fear of emitting a pitiful, lonely cry. So before you brush me off in such a cruel way, please offer something optimistic to say, so we won't be in permanent hatred of each other, so perhaps friendship can return someday.
