A poem in any other color...

A poem is pretty in precision pink.
(Equally so in liberty ink.)
Composing pleasure to obscure sorrow;
Freedom to pen of improved tomorrow.

Be it purple poem or passion,
Luck knows poet’s folly fashion.
Be it read or be it green,
These words are private in their scheme.

A plan of personal device.
Paper scrawled, prose precise,
Parchment predicting pain or past,
Pretend, upend, partition, crash.
