Dawn of the Phoenix
Dust and ashes of the earth 'til the moment of rebirth.

Dust and ashes of the earth
'Til the moment of rebirth,
When the phoenix shall take flight,
Vanquishing the dark of night.

Phoenix gazes towards the skies,
Singing its melodic cries.
Wings of feathers crimson, gold
Shroud the moon as they unfold.

Then aurora phoenix brings,
Beating incandescent wings,
Soaring to majestic heights,
Radiating Heaven's lights.

Legendary near and far,
This eternal avatar
Navigates the world alone,
In the cosmos on its own.

One exists in time and space;
Thus, to propagate the race,
It must gather wood and spice:
Frankincense and myrrh entice.

Now the phoenix builds a nest;
'Tis its place of final rest,
Where it sets itself afire,
Immolated on the pyre.

Once the flames have come and gone,
Then appears the phoenix spawn,
Risen from the ashes gray,
Heralding a brand new day.

Sign of immortality
Now and always thou shalt be:
Dust and ashes of the earth
'Til the moment of rebirth.
