WOMEN AND MEN


It is so common that spouses,
Even though married for long,
Find often they were not able
To quite smoothly pull along.

Although there may be so many
Reasons for marital strife,
One is that poor husband cannot
Fully understand his wife!

Feelings of a woman are so
Often enigma for men!
They are at a loss to know why
Often fickle are women.

Why they tend to get so depressed,
Harbouring so many fears?
Why they are so prone to outburst?
Why they shed copious tears?

Why they think it is such a shame,
If they are not beautiful?
Why their dress must show perfection?
Why fashionless is sinful?

Men are for fundamentals and
For the basic body needs.
But in the womanly thinking,
Just emotion supersedes!
