As the morning dew drops from my window,
And a soft wind plays a harp of willow, The mist curls soft 'tween stem and stick And opes the way of dreaming magic. For, lo, my knight on trusted steed Rides out to prove, by bravest deed, His love for me abides thru all, No darkling evil could cause it's fall. My handsome prince, my knight so bold, For me will strive to reach life's goal. He knows, my love, by day or night, I'm at his side to aid the fight. As morning dew drops from my window, And a soft wind plays a harp of willow, My dreams, thru mist, do softly gleam And I see a hint of armours' sheen.
