The Master Craftsman
He hangs by an almost imperceptible strand Laying a pattern without a plan Gently swaying in the soft quiet breeze He spins a silken maze among the trees His work will last for just a day A prelude to the choices of his prey For when the lummox has gone through He'll return and do it anew For the indelible performance of this master spin Brings joy and laughter to his kith and kin. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Words required to be used by "Para/Poem Challenge "Open"" Preclude...Choices...Lummox...Indelible...Laughter...Kin
