Did I forget to say I missed you
Did I walk right by again?
Did you think I have forgotten
that we were ever friends?


I should have thought to tell you
That I thought of you most days,
and treasured all my memories,
while we were away.

If I gave you the impression
That it didn't mean a thing,
I really did mean to express
all the happiness you bring.

I'm not always good at sharing
my deep feelings, I keep them hid.
