In The Game Of Love
destined to be the one last picked

the lonely kid on the block
who wants to join in the game
waiting his turn to be picked
but there is no match for him
he will not make the cut
he is not fit to play
only to watch as others enjoy
he will again watch from the sidelines
as the others play for love
longing to be called out just once
to know what the others know
to have what they have
to feel someone in his arms
they say love isn't a game
but why are there so many players?
the answer is simple
we all want to be loved
