![]() October Revels October spreads her golden haze In glory all around, And, during these enchanted days, Spooks and spells abound. Goblins dancing on the Green, Witches flying past, 'Tis the time of Halloween, The season's here at last. Pumpkins standing in the hall, Lit to make a show, Greeting callers, one and all, With eyes and teeth aglow. Fun and frolics, children's sweets, Fancy dress and cheer Apple bobbing, tricks and treats, A magic time of year!
