dreams and fantasy
fuel a relationship
but like any source of fuel
it will run empty
if not replenished

initially relationships can form
from the dynamics of antagonism, hatred, hostility, manipulation, spiritualism, caring, concern, admiration, compassion, desire, respect, and sacrifice.
these dynamics are fluid. they change
and will come and go.
the dominant dynamic determines the quality and longevity.
love is not the initial relationship.
love is the cumulative effect of a long-term relationship that has experienced all of the nurturing dynamics.

dreams and fantasy
fuel the initial relationship as we see what we want to possess,
the unconditional love and acceptance that we need,
love is pronounced;
we need to hear it and feel it.
we internalize our wishes and create mini-movies in our minds of how we want it to be.

suffering is the wanting and not having. to end the suffering sever the attachment.
